What you bring:
- Professional experience as a UX/UI designer or in a similar role.
- A genuine passion for UI & UX, coupled with excellent design skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- A love for analytical and user-centric thinking.
- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iteratively enhance
designs. - Skilled in Figma, with knowledge of Miro and Adobe Creative Suite programs (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator,
etc.). - Proficient in German and English
Your responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to
translate concepts into intuitive and engaging user interfaces. - Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and enhance the overall user
experience - Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the seamless implementation of designs, providing guidance
throughout the development process. - Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analysis, and evolving project requirements.
- Maintain and contribute to the development of design systems and guidelines for consistent user experiences
across platforms. - Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to bring innovative
solutions to the team.
